Healing Quickly...and Flexing


Yes I know....flexing for a photo. But I’m happy to report the swelling and saturated tissue has gone down considerably. There was such a heavy pocket of fluid before you couldn’t even see definition and the underside of my arm was one big pouch. I’ve been treating heavily with elevation and hot/cold compresses which have paid dividends. I also didn’t slow down my activity with a photo shoot Friday and cycling Saturday and today. I’m a firm believer in keeping the body systems moving to aid in healing. The tendons, bicep and forearm still hurt pretty good, but having the healing process progressing well feels much better. Small wins are always welcome.
